Here it is, the apricot-blackcurrant jam !!
The one that has just won the First Prize of the contest "Confiture Unusual" organized by the Order of the Confituriers de France in Paris this 12 July 2017.
Small wonderfully decorative fruit, the cassis also surprises by the intensity of its aroma, so powerful that it is enough to crunch in one of its fleshy grains with the smooth and firm skin to have the mouth full of flavors with evolutive notes.
All the grains were selected one by one, before being mixed with the first apricots of Provence.
It's a lot of work but the result is fantastic!

Fruits (Apricots, Blackcurrant), sugar, organic lemon juice , Gelling agent if necessary (agar-agar).
